White enamel dial, Roman numerals.
Grille panels on plinth base, brass bun feet.
Has a strike silent on the dial, see photo.
Plays 2 tunes, Westminster and Whittington chimes, lever on dial to change tune, see photos.
Circa 1860.
Keys and pendulum.
